1. The warranty extends exclusively to the replaced spare part, and coverage is confined to the specific spare part subject to replacement during the repair process.
2. Warranty can be claimed once during the warranty period.
3. Warranty coverage does not encompass damages resulting from physical impact or liquid incursion; such instances are expressly excluded from the terms of the warranty.
4. No refunds shall be entertained after the initiation and / or completion of repairs. Once repairs are conducted, a refund shall not be considered.
5. Screen protectors and back glass replacements are expressly excluded from any warranty coverage.
6. Alterations or repairs may impact the functionality of IP68/IP67 features. Any resultant issues arising from such alterations shall not be subject to warranty claims, and no warranty escalations will be entertained in these instances.
7. In the case of scratch-resistant replaced spare parts, any deep scratches observed subsequent to repairs shall be construed as indicative of physical impact and thus fall outside the scope of warranty coverage.
8. Warranty is based on manufacturing defect. Warranty is void in below situations:A physical defect, damage, or scratches caused by rough handling, accident, natural disaster, humidity, extreme thermal or environmental conditions or rapid changes in such conditions, corrosion, oxidation, rust, gradual deterioration due to wear and tear, cosmetic modification, drop damage/liquid damage.
Lines on the LCD are a result of internal physical damage and is not covered in the warranty. If opened or attempted to repair by a party outside of Phone Shark.
9. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are available at any time during the stipulated warranty period.
10. Payment is due promptly upon the completion of on-site services. In the case of pickup services, payment is due immediately upon the completion of repair work.
Payment is required to be done before the return of the device via online payment link, unless otherwise agreed differently with PhoneShark.ae team.
11. Any mishap, incident, or consequential damages caused by a third party, whether directly or indirectly, shall not be attributed to us. We expressly exclude any liabilities arising from actions or events initiated by external entities.
Our responsibility is limited to the scope defined within these terms and conditions, and we disclaim any direct repercussions resulting from third-party involvement.
12. If incase customer asks for return of the device after pickup but before initiation of repair services or if repair services cannot be conducted because of reasons attributed to the customer, there will be a nominal charge of AED 75 to cover pickup and delivery costs in order to return back the device to the customer.
13. customer are required to give only their device to us. Please remove an back cases, coverings, external attachments, chargers and SIM cards. PhoneShark.ae will not be responsible in the event if they get lost.
